Charlie obtained his Salesperson license in 1971 and Broker’s license in 1973. He has been in active real estate sales since that time without interruption. Charlie is a lifetime resident of North Madison County and an active member of Zion Lutheran Church in Bethalto. He was past president of the original Alton-Wood River Board of Realtors and Madison County Home Builders. Charlie has been married for 48 years and has 4 children and 5 grandchildren.
