Pre-Licensing Class
Thank you for inquiring about our pre-license class. The pre-license class is conducted by our licensed instructor Kathy Kreutzberg who has been in the real estate industry over 12 years. Please check back soon for details on our 2007 summer courses.
Hours needed to complete the course requirement for a salesperson license is currently:
45hrs
Please note that there is currently discussion in Illinois legislation that will increase the requirement to 90 hours for a saleperson license.
